Life Purpose Institute offers Specialty Coaching Courses to further your training and expertise.

Start with a Life Coach or Spiritual Coach 60 hour foundational coaching program (pre-requisite) to gain the skills of a professional coach, and then add on this specialty course. You must be currently enrolled in or have completed our Life Coach Certification, Spiritual Coach Certification or another ICF Accredited Coaching Program to attend these Specialty Coaching Courses.

ICF Master Certified Coach and long-time Faculty Member, Leah Grant, has compiled her wisdom from years of working with executives and providing leadership coaching into a compact and dynamic course that will give any student with foundational coaching knowledge the ability to offer executive and leadership coaching.

• Three-day live virtual course taught by an ICF Master Certified Coach with experience working with Executive and Leadership clients
• Two live two-hour virtual follow-up sessions to review course homework, prep for exam and receive individual expert feedback on client and peer sessions
• Online exam
• Certificate as a Certified Executive and Leadership Coach

Prerequisite:

You must have completed our Life or Spiritual Coach Certification program, or another ICF-accredited program to attend this Specialty Executive and Leadership Coaching Course.

This course is for those who have attended a 60-hour foundational program and want to add executive and leadership coaching to their practice.

You will not be re-learning any foundational coaching skills taught in the 60-hour courses, but will be expected to have a working knowledge of it. The material in this course builds upon your base skillset as a graduate of one of those programs.
