The instructor was knowledgeable and explained the techniques of coaching in a way that was relatively easy to understand. I appreciated the class practice coaching sessions and the insightful feedback provided. The manual was very detailed and contains a great deal of valuable information for a new coach. The manual layout was helpful when I wanted to go to specific parts of a chapter. Including videos as a part of the curriculum was a great visual and audio way for coaching students to see how a coaching session is done.
