Upon completion, you will become either a Certified Life Coach (CLC) or a Certified Spiritual Coach (CSC), depending on the program you choose. You’ll be fully prepared to coach individuals and groups with confidence, equipped with proven tools, step-by-step methods, and comprehensive resources to launch and grow your own successful coaching practice.

Yes. You will be certified by Life Purpose Institute upon completion of your training and after meeting the following requirements:

• Attend at least 80% of live instruction

• Engage in class participation through discussions and skills practice

• Complete homework assignments including reading the manual, self-assessments, and practice exercises

• Pass a skills assessment based on your instructor’s evaluation of your coaching abilities

• Complete six practice coaching sessions and submit documentation

Most students complete these requirements by the end of our 3-month or 6-month classes. For the Fast Track classes, many finish within 6 weeks, while others take 2–3 months depending on their schedule.

Spiritual coaching, on the other hand, approaches life through a spiritual lens. While clients may still work on relationships, career, or personal growth, the focus is on integrating spiritual principles, practices, and values into each area of life.

Yes. Many coaches earn a sustainable income through individual sessions, group programs, and workshops.

• Most life coaches charge $300–$600 per month for individual clients.

• Executive and organizational coaches often charge $800–$1,200 per month.

At Life Purpose Institute, our approach is more in-depth than most, so many alumni choose to work with clients on an hourly basis rather than shorter sessions. You’ll also learn how to design group coaching, workshops, and other offerings to expand your income streams.

During your training and private session with our marketing coach, you will:

The timeline varies for each student. Some graduates begin working with clients within just a few weeks of completing their training. Others take longer to get started while balancing full-time jobs, family, or other commitments. On average, those who are focused on making coaching their livelihood take 3 months to 1 year to establish a successful practice.

We provide extensive support to help you confidently launch and grow your coaching practice. You’ll receive guidance in multiple ways:

• One-on-one time with your instructor for personalized support and feedback.

• Over 100 pages of marketing ideas and templates in your training manual, including sample speeches, workshops, and proven strategies used by successful coaches.

• In-class discussions and exercises to define your niche, choose a business name, and clarify your marketing approach.

• A personalized marketing strategy that you’ll develop and review with our marketing coach.

Your marketing plan will include:

• Defining your unique life purpose and message, and making it marketable and profitable

• Identifying effective ways to reach your ideal clients

• Creating an action plan designed to generate the income you desire

• Reviewing your website content, workshops, or other marketing materials

• Developing a transition plan from your current work into part-time or full-time coaching
